Tatsoft successfully deployed a PoC getting data at the rig site, transmitting to Houston, and publishing in the Microsoft Azure cloud database, from where they run analytics. Central Houston Office application has also online access to rig data with around 1 second lag time.
FactoryStudio collects real-time data at the Drilling-ship, proving Local interface and coordinating the data synchronization with the Houston Office. In Houston, a FactoryStudio client-server applications allows the team to monitor the off-shore data in real-time and add Annotations, log and alarm functionality.
Tatsoft FS runs at the rig, getting data using various protocols (Wits, PLCs, mud loogers) providing a Local Interface, and store-forward the data to Central Office. At the central office, another FactoryStudio application stores the data on OSIsoft PI and provides advances UI and Well Data Analysis tools.
